As everyone knows, voluntary organisations are obliged by law to produce an annual report and accounts. But the annual report can go beyond that, as a vehicle to let funders and users know how well the job is being done, what progress has been made and what plans there are for the future. The annual report is a window into the organisation and an excellent promotional device.
