Before starting on the report, we requested as much information
about their operation as possible - particularly funding issues and public
perception. What funders really want to know is whether they are getting
good value for money. We gave pride of place to a dozen good reasons why
they are best value. Users of the service had the impression that opening
hours were too restricted. We highlighted the improved accessibility to
their service. We did consultancy, research, writing, editing, photography,
design and production.
